Autocrew actually began as a driving tuition business in London in 1984, before moving down to Crewkerne, Somerset, eight years ago.
Throughout my career in the business, I have undertaken extra training in order to promote myself to those who may need help with driving. In 1986 I started working with the Q.E.F.D (Queen Elisabeth Foundation for the Disabled) as both an Assessor and a Driving Instructor, teaching A.D.I's how to teach disabled people, with the B.S.M. head office.
I have also worked as a Car Conversion Adviser, working with Conversion specialists in order to obtain the A.D.E.P.D Accreditation. I have also been asked to write driving reports for the D.V.L.A and Insurance companies.
The car I use is fully modified with hand controls, left foot accelerator and steering aids, allowing disabled people to learn to drive. I am more than prepared to cover the surrounding areas of Crewkerne, including Yeovil, Chard, Taunton, Bridgwater and Highbridge.
